About the Program

This Grants Management Training Program provides a complete overview of managing grants from start to finish. You will learn the fundamentals of grants management, how it connects to project development, and the different types of grants. The course covers every stage of the grants cycle, including planning, proposal submission, grant award, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.

You will also explore internal controls to reduce risks and improve accountability. Budget development and management are included, along with procurement rules and compliance with donor and legislative requirements.

The training teaches practical skills in writing grant proposals, managing contracts, and preparing financial and donor reports. You will also gain knowledge on auditing multiple grants and handling in-kind contributions.

The program is available both virtually and in person. Upon completion, participants receive certification to recognize their new skills and expertise.
