About the Program

Project Audit and Evaluation Training equips internal auditors with practical skills to conduct project-based audits efficiently and in line with project management standards. Participants will explore common audit failures, critical success factors, and the Project Management Life Cycle. The course highlights risk-based planning, scope and budget control, communication strategies, and monitoring techniques for improved project outcomes.

The training is offered in-person, virtual or blended formats. Participants receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the training.
