About the Program
Project interventions done by organizations in implementation stages, are highly dependent on their accessibility to donations. Organizations need to centre themselves, through submission of proposals; for consideration by potential donors. Upon the organization securing the desired funds, it becomes able to manage the project at hand. It then ensures effectiveness in their operations, while working within the stipulated time, cost, and eventually strive towards meeting the project’s objectives. For this purpose, we seek to have you onboard, to adventure how to shape and change your organization’s understanding on project management, resource mobilization, and proposal writing.
